Status of Zoning Request at 9420 Waterfowl Flyway
The homeowner has requested that the zoning notice be removed. As a result, the request is on hold. The sign should be removed soon, if not already.  The homeowner understands the need to submit application for HOA approval as the proper step before moving forward with the County. In short, if there is no sign, then there is no activity at the County. Should the homeowner decide to move forward, a sign may be placed calling for a local public meeting allowing for all homeowners here in Woodland Pond to provide input with the County before the County would move forward with the application.

Phase 1 HOA Mailbox Project
This project resumed in May for our members in good standing beginning with the remaining portion of Waterfowl Flyway and subtending roads. Plans are on schedule to have the rest of Phase 1 completed before the end of the year. Those homeowners that have maintained their mailboxes and qualify for a rebate will receive a check when the project is completed. If you need a refresher on the program, see Mailbox Project under Resource Center above. Thanks again to all who support the Association.

Revised HOA Phase 1 Architectural Standards
The Board adopted revised standards for HOA Phase 1 homeowners. These standards supersede the existing Architectural Standards dated March 30, 2015. The new standards are intended to clarify and expand the original standards to include updates in federal and state laws and regulations and other legal precedents and to provide for greater standardization and conformity with other Association standards serving Woodland Pond. Please take a minute to take a look at these new standards now posted on the website and address any outstanding issues. It is important that all of our homeowners adhere to these standards in order to help protect and preserve home values here in Woodland Pond. Your cooperation and compliance will be appreciated by all. If you have any questions or need to reach out to the Board, please contact Jim Sanders, Vice President at (618) 797-1708.
