The WPSRC has made great progress over the past two years and now,  both our courts and pool have been extensively renovated. We hope you will take advantage of all that the WPSRC has to offer! Your membership includes the use of the pool, volleyball and tennis courts, participation in classes and social activities sponsored by the club, as well as clubhouse rental for special occasions. Revised HOA Phase 1 Architectural Standards
 
The Board adopted revised standards for HOA Phase 1 homeowners. These standards supersede the existing Architectural Standards dated March 30, 2015. The new standards are intended to clarify and expand the original standards to include updates in federal and state laws and regulations and other legal precedents and to provide for greater standardization and conformity with other Association standards serving Woodland Pond. Please take a minute to take a look at these new standards now posted on the website and address any outstanding issues. It is important that all of our homeowners adhere to these standards in order to help protect and preserve home values here in Woodland Pond. Your cooperation and compliance will be appreciated by all. A new Violation Policy (VP) has also been adopted for use by our homeowners which is also posted.
