Comments:
We had 5 Oriental rugs cleaned onsite by Master's Touch for a very reasonable price. Master's Touch has been in business for 25 years and has the county of Henrico and The Jefferson Hotel as two of its many clients. Bill, the only technician, was very personable, knowledgeable, and conscientious. We are very satisfied with the service and will call them again for our wall-to-wall carpet, too!
