Homeowners' Association

The Woodland Pond Homeowners' Association is dedicated to the maintenance, protection and improvement of the Woodland Pond community. The Association functions as the primary agent for the maintenance and capital improvement of the common grounds within the community. It works with the developer in approving and maintaining the architectural integrity of the new construction and additions or improvements to existing facilities. The Association is responsible for community programs which benefit all residents and serves as a focus for community action agendas and coordinated responses to community concerns.

Activities

• Coordinate all Woodland Pond Homeowner's Association activities including dues collection and operating expenses.
  
  
• Communicate to all residents of Woodland Pond through quarterly newsletters and through the WPHA website.
  
  
• Maintain the entrance and common areas to standard consistent with the aesthetics of Woodland Pond.
  
  
• Maintain the common grounds within the community.
  
  
• Publish annually the Woodland Pond Telephone Directory.
  
  
• Coordinate of the semi-annual clean-up of Beach Road.
  
  
• Provide required disclosure packages to all new residents and lot owners.
  
  
• Provide the community Welcome Basket Program for new residents.
  
  
• Provide seasonal decorations at the main entrance.
